# HAI Group’s Seventh Annual Risk Management Conference: Highlights and On-Demand Sessions

HAI Group’s seventh annual virtual Risk Management Conference took place on Thursday, Nov. 6, delivering a full day of high-impact sessions led by industry experts. Nearly 600 registrants from across the country signed up to learn, with more than 170 individuals attending live throughout the day.
This year’s agenda centered on timely, mission-critical topics for housing organizations, including business continuity planning, natural disaster statistics and scenarios, post-disaster response, and cybersecurity incident resiliency. Each session offered practical strategies to help organizations strengthen preparedness, respond effectively in crisis, and build long-term resilience.

This year, we dove into timely topics that matter the most to housing organizations nationwide:

- Business continuity planning
- Post-disaster response
- Cybersecurity incident resiliency
Attendees walked away with a stronger understanding of the wide range of risks their organizations may face, from natural disasters to man-made crises, and the importance of maintaining a current, well-developed business continuity plan. Each session, led by industry professionals, provided actionable guidance to help organizations navigate emergencies and enhance their overall resilience.
