HAI Group Online Training has a new name: HAI Group Housing Training Institute (HTI).

For decades, HAI Group has provided reliable, relevant training to housing professionals nationwide. The Housing Training Institute represents the next step in that evolution.

This updated name reflects the growth of our education offerings and our continued focus on housing-specific training for public and affordable housing professionals. As the industry navigates new regulations, increased operational complexity, and emerging risks, we are expanding our programs to address these challenges directly.

While the name is evolving, our commitment remains the same, and our goal is straightforward: to equip housing professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to strengthen operations, support their teams, and serve their communities with confidence.

In short, while our name has changed, the courses, instructors, certifications, pricing, and learning portal you rely on remain the same. The Housing Training Institute continues as an integral part of HAI Group, maintaining the expertise and service you expect.

In 2025, we were reaccredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), reaffirming that our training meets respected national standards for continuing education. This distinction reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering rigorous, standards-based learning that provides meaningful value to housing professionals
