HAI Group Online Training has a new name: [HAI Group Housing Training Institute (HTI)](https://www.housingtraininginstitute.com/mui/public/catalog).
For decades, HAI Group has provided reliable, relevant training to housing professionals nationwide. The Housing Training Institute represents the next step in that evolution.
This updated name reflects the growth of our education offerings and our continued focus on housing-specific training for public and affordable housing professionals. As the industry navigates new regulations, increased operational complexity, and emerging risks, we are expanding our programs to address these challenges directly.
While the name is evolving, our commitment remains the same, and our goal is straightforward: to equip housing professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to strengthen operations, support their teams, and serve their communities with confidence.
##### Watch this video from Kristina Tatroe, director of HAI Group Housing Training Institute, as she explains the transition and what it means for you and your organization.
## The same trusted training experience
In short, while our name has changed, the courses, instructors, certifications, pricing, and learning portal you rely on remain the same. The Housing Training Institute continues as an integral part of HAI Group, maintaining the expertise and service you expect.
In 2025, we were [reaccredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET)](https://blog.haigroup.com/hai-group-online-training-earns-prestigious-iacet-reaccreditation), reaffirming that our training meets respected national standards for continuing education. This distinction reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering rigorous, standards-based learning that provides meaningful value to housing professionals

## Training, insight, and industry impact
As the HAI Group Housing Training Institute, we remain committed to training, supporting, and sharing the stories of the housing community.
In 2025, we [spotlighted the transformation of Park City Communities](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvqpnHc8Slo) (Bridgeport, Connecticut) from a troubled housing agency to a thriving organization that is now an inspiration to its peers. [You can learn more about their story by reading our blog](https://blog.haigroup.com/breaking-barriers-building-futures-the-story-of-park-city-communities)or by watching the video below.
In addition, we released a [free training video highlighting the dangers of deepfake videos and audio](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpHGrqWTN14). This training, developed by the Housing Training Institute team, helps raise awareness about the risks of deepfakes in professional settings.
These community spotlights and training resources reflect the mission of the Housing Training Institute: to share real-world lessons, elevate the work of housing professionals, and provide practical education that helps organizations stay prepared for emerging challenges. By highlighting stories of transformation alongside timely topics such as deepfake awareness, we connect learning with lived experience and support the housing community with tools, insights, and inspiration.
## Bottom line
The HAI Group Housing Training Institute represents both our current position and our future direction. We are excited about what lies ahead and grateful to support your organization’s learning journey.
